Formed in 1990, IMRG provides essential retail intelligence to its many members, based on sector benchmarking and using a full range of 44 KPIs. IMRG’s best known output is the monthly e-Retail Sales Index which it compiles in cooperation with CapGemini.
IMRG’s core member services are Insights, Benchmarking and Community, with a particular view to identifying key retail trends and evolving changes in the industry.
